Happy New Year everyone! In this podcast, John talks about the death of his MacBook Pro that caused a delay for the release of the January Video Podcast. In addition to this, Dan and John talk about some of the things in store for 2012 and also review a few TV shows and movies. As usual, Mike Armstrong's current events segment updates our listeners on some current and upcoming railroad-related happenings.

A few days late this month but worth the wait as Dan describes in detail his thought process for creating a great model.

Dan and John are joined by Michael Armstrong in this audio podcast. John, Dan and Mike talk about some of the railroading events that took place in 2011 and some of the projects they have been working on. Mike gives a great update about some of the exciting things happening with the San Diego trolley system.

At long last, the Burlington Northern GP38-2 units Dan has been working on are showed off. These locomotives have been mentioned on other podcasts and on our Facebook page as works in progress.

In this month's video podcast, Dan shows off a couple of Amtrak Genesis units with Loksound select decoders and LEDs for lights. He also talks about how he constructed custom sound enclosures for the locomotives. If you are interested in DCC this is a great podcast you will not want to miss!
